Story from the Quilt:
Mandy was an R.N. who has always been clear with her family that she wanted to be an organ donor.

When the final permission was given to her doctor, her husband said, “I hope someone gets her heart.” Thankfully, they did. Everyone who knew her knew what a loving heart she had.

The main recipients of that love recently were Abby- 6 years, Katie- 2 years and Rex- 7 weeks.

They will grow up knowing how much their mother loved them and ultimately others.
