Outcome Letter - A letter from Legacy of Hope’s Executive Director with a brief description of the impact of your loved one’s gifts and gratitude for the decision to help others through donation.

Life and Legacy Celebration - A memorial service designed to honor and remember your loved one. We offer in-person and virtual options. Families are invited to provide a tribute that is read during the service. Families are invited to attend one service.

Celebration of Life Picnic - The picnic is held in April during National Donate Life Month and includes donor family members, living donors, transplant recipients and supporters of the Donate Life community. Families will be invited to the picnic annually unless they opt out.

6-Month Survey - All families are invited to participate in our survey. Survey results are used to provide the best, most meaningful support, to future families. The 6-month survey focuses on the hospital experience and the donation process.
