Join us for the annual Celebration of Life Picnic. All transplant recipients, living donors, donor families and supporters of the Donate Life Community are invited!
If you have not pre-registered, you are still welcome to join us! You can register on-site on Saturday morning at the registration table.
If you are a donor family interested in meeting your loved one’s recipient(s) at the picnic, or a recipient interested in meeting your donor family, please contact Legacy of Hope Aftercare at aftercare@legacyofhope.org. Legacy of Hope cannot facilitate meetings between living donors and their recipients.
