Organizing Your Event

Please Register Your Event

We are excited about the number of organizations and individuals that want to help us spread the word about the importance of organ, eye and tissue donation.  Our public education efforts are enhanced by your events and fundraising. In an effort to standardize our message to the community, we request the following before you host an event or raise funds on our behalf:

• Event date
• Intended audience
• An example of the flyer or promotional materials
• If this is a fundraising event, the flyer/promotional materials that describe how funds raised are used by Donate Life Alabama. Suggested language, “All funds donated to Donate Life Alabama are used to support its public education efforts.”
• 501(c)3 paperwork if applicable
• Please honor donors and donor families by requesting approval prior to using our logos
